how often should i use each product?

what is the shelf life of each product?

The shelf life of each product varies and is specified in the details of each product. If not properly stored or exposed to water though, all products will have a shorter shelf life. We recommend leaving products in a cool space out of direct sunlight and always away from water.

Why are some ingredients specified as organic and others are not?

All ingredients specified as organic are USDA certified organic. Even though not all of our ingredients are organic, we are dedicated to using only the best all natural ingredients.

Is it safe to use Alohiʻena products during pregnancies?

All products are made with all natural and organic ingredients and are māmā safe. We do strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before use though to see what will be best for you.

What is your shipping policy? Do you ship internationally?

Your order will be sent out 5-7 days after it is placed unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout when ordering an item. Currently, we do not ship internationally but we hope to soon!

Our new “Market Pickup” option is for those who are able to pick-up their order at the Kamuela Farmer’s Market on Saturdays. Orders that are made but not picked up can request a 50% refund or an extra fee to have the order shipped.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges once an order is placed. If a product is damaged when received, we ask that you contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at alohiena.hawaii@gmail.com and we will happily replace the damaged item(s) free of any charge.
